Do you have any history?  
Yes we do, we have been doing this for over Four years. We have a firm client base and great referees.  
  
Do you find people to rent properties and take deposits?  
No, our service is strictly based on looking after the guests while they are in the city, making sure the property is clean and in good order, and being the point of call for owners and visitors to the city. We are not a rental company or agent.  
  
How long has Breathe been based in the city?  
Breathe has been established since 2011. We know and love the city,  it is not just our work it is our home.  
  
What are your payment structures?  
Most of our clients stick with us the whole year around. We look after the general tasks of each property and are a team in the city that can help if you (the owner) does not wish to have the headache of the upkeep and cleaning responsibilities. But, we are also available on short contracts.... Our concierge and itinerary service can be contracted on a one off bases, and simple tasks like  key handling can be contracted at short notice for specific periods. If this is the case an hourly rate will be charged and payment will be invoiced once service is complete. 
 
I am not sure about the level of service I need, if I only receive a small number of guests a year will your services be affordable?  
We take every inquiry seriously and try to produce the most comfortable and productive set up for each client. Our continuing aim is to build long term relations with our clients.
